Features and Application

l  In order to shred and crush the material fully, a small strong crusher has been installed on this kind single shaft shredder.

l  This machine is widely used to shred materials that are quite thick and tough such as those wasted junks in the die, large plastic pipes, packing buckets and splints of the forklift truck and especially for recycling different materials such as plastic, rubber and wood in shredding ways.

l  The knife support and knife on the rotor can be taken down so that you can clean, maintain as well as protect the machine.

l  Rotary knives are installed in the type of “V”. This structure can reduce the noise and depress the energy consumption, also can make the rotary cutting uniformly during the running.

l  Each rotary knife has four cutting edges, you can continue to use it after 90 ° rotation when it wear

l  Each stator knife has two cutting edges, you can continue to use it after 180° rotation when it wear

l  The wheel gear reducer drive the main shaft, it has the advantages of stable running lower noise and big torque.

l  The materials are pushed into the shredding chamber by hydraulic. Independent drive system and solid structure make the running stably.
