Features and Application

l  This machine is widely used to crush box, plastic sheets, plastic pipe, plastic chips, coke bottles as well as chips and so on 

l  With the “V” shear structure in Rotary knife and stator knife, it enhances the crushing capacity and production capacity dramatically

l  Bearing device are designed outside the crushing chamber, separating from the crushing chamber. This design can prevent from the dust entering the bearing and it is not only to extend the life of machine but also can do some simple maintenance

l  In order to enhance the inertia of rotor, assistant inertia wheel is installed on the non-start side of rotor

l  For the convenience of knife changing, we will install the screw Lift device

l  All the crushers can use our electric cabinet to protect the normal running
